Everyone loves a Cinderella story. Or a David and Goliath story. Really, any underdog story. I'm not an underdog. Does that mean I don't have a story? I really hope that's not the case.
Exclamation points are the scourge of web copy...leftovers from copy/pasted brochures onto poorly written web pages. Don't use them. Period.
